Additionally, the results of a survey demonstrate that adoption rates of working via online platforms are years ahead of where they were in previous surveys and even more so in developed Asia than in other regions.

Respondents are now three times as likely as they were prior to the crisis to say that at least 80% of their customer interactions are digital.
